Hi there! First and foremost I would like to say thank you for showing interest in our website. We are so grateful for you showing us support. When shopping small you are helping make dreams come true. Here at Two And A Half Street we are excited and committed to fulfill your orders. Here are some Holiday questions to help with your shopping experience.
Sizing
Each product has general sizing in the description. Most of our shirts are unisex and come with a relaxed fit. If you are between sizes or need assistance please feel free to contact us at Haley@twoandahalfstreet.com.
When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days, unless stated otherwise. Orders received after 3:00PM Central time, will be processed the following business day. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, each order will receive a tracking number. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking information once your order is ready to ship.
I got a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated?
During the tracking process packages don’t get scanned as they travel through the distribution centers. This happens during high volumes (Holidays). Please give your package some time to get to your destination. If it has been more than 7 days and your package hasn’t updated please contact us at Haley@twoandahalfstreet.com
What do I do if my tracking states "DELIVERED", however, I didn’t receive my order?
Please email us at Haley@Twoandahalfstreet.com. Include your full name, order number and your tracking number. We will look into the matter and provide you with our findings within 3-5 business days.Two And A Half Street is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once they have been handed over to the post office. Package insurance is available upon request (please email us with your order number after purchase for quotes). We do recommend you contact your local post office to report the issue if you are to incur this situation.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, International shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 2 months to arrive. Two and A Half Street is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
I ordered a gift card. How does it work?
Your gift card will be emailed to the email you entered in your order.
Can I include a personal note?
Yes, you can leave a note under “gift notes” section at checkout.
Can I update or cancel my order after I placed it?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed you cannot cancel or update your order. Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.
By when do I have to order for Christmas delivery? This year has been so challenging and that includes USPS. We suggest placing orders before December 12th to receive it by December 25th. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
